FINNEKO'S DATA PROTECTION
This privacy statement describes how FINNEKO Ab ("FINNEKO") processes the personal data of customers and potential customers.
We collect your personal data when you shop in our online store, subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise deal with us.
The information we collect may be the kind you provide yourself in connection with purchases in the online store or when participating in a campaign. In addition, we process personal data that is stored while you use our online service (for example, cookies, location data and IP addresses). This information can usually only be connected to you through additional information.
We process your personal data in connection with the delivery of orders and customer communication. In addition, within the limits allowed by law, we send you electronic direct marketing on the basis of consent or customership, and with the help of the processing of your personal data, we target you with marketing that is of interest to you, e.g. using Facebook pixels on our website.
We respect your privacy in all our processing. We do not process data that can be connected to you, unless it is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
You can influence how we process your personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, the right to access your personal data and the right to correct, delete, limit and transfer the data to another data controller. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data and the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority.

These shipping conditions are valid starting from 8.1.2021.
The store sells products to individuals of full age. The VAT is included in the product prices. We reserve the right to change the prices and shipping costs.
Products are purchased by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the shopping cart's contents by using an online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. Unless otherwise stated, the contact information indicated during order placement will only be used for delivering the order or clarifying any doubts that may occur. By placing an order in the store, you acknowledge that you read and accepted the shipping conditions valid at the moment of placing the order.
We use Paytrail as the store's payment service with the following payment options: Card and online bank payments and MobilePay.
By providing your personal details at checkout, you accept PayTrail's terms & conditions. By clicking Place Order, you accept the shipping conditions of the VESI Finland online store. Paytrail payment terms can be found here.
Any refunds will be returned to the payment method used (i.e card, online bank payment).
We also use PayPal as the store's payment service. By selecting PayPal and clicking Place Order you accept Paypal's terms & conditions.
Immediately after receiving your order, we'll send you an order confirmation to your email with information about the order. Make sure that you check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Keep the order confirmation in case you needed to contact the customer service. When contacting the customer service, always have your potential customer number and order number at hand. Always make sure that the parcel contents match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Shipping costs contain both postage and packaging costs. The shipping costs displayed in the shopping cart are an estimate based on the primary shipping method. To see the exact shipping costs, select the desired shipping and payment method for your order. The available shipping methods depend on the shopping cart's contents and total weight. You are welcome to select at checkout the shipping method that suits your needs best. The exact shipping costs are displayed for all available shipping methods.
We ship to Finland through Posti Paketti (3.95 €) and Schenker NPP (3.50 €). Depending on the chosen service delivery time is anywhere from 1-5 business days.
The most common delivery times in Finland are 2-7 days depending on the order and shipping method. The exceptions to these times may occur if the shopping cart contains out-of-stock products. You will be also informed about potential delays immediately after placing the order.
We do not take responsibility for delays that occurred on grounds of force majeure, or indirect losses caused by the delay. The online store will inform on its website about exceptions to the regular delivery times.
Please note that adding engraving to your product will increase delivery time by up to 2 weeks. In case you ordered several items in addition to an engraved product, items may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Upphävanderätt
Du kan annullera detta avtal inom 14 dagar utan att ange en anledning. Upphävandeperioden slutar inom 14 dagar från den dagen du får den sista leveransen eller från det att du får beställningen om det är en nedladdningsbar produkt.
Du måste meddela oss om ditt beslut att annullera avtalet på ett otvetydigt sätt (t.ex. genom post eller e-post) för att använda din upphävanderätt. Du kan även skriva ut vårt återköpsformulär och använda det, men det behövs inte.
Du måste skicka ett återköpsmeddelande innan återköpsperioden löper ut.
Åtagande vid återköp
Om du bestämmer dig för att annullera detta avtal återbetalar vi direkt alla transaktioner som vi har fått från dig, inklusive leveranskostnader (men exklusive ytterligare kostnader om du har valt en annan leveransmetod än den mest prisvärda som vi rekommenderar som standard) och alltid inom 14 dagar från det att vi mottar ditt meddelande om återköp. Vi genomför återbetalningen med den betalningsmetod som du använde i den ursprungliga transaktionen om du inte uttryckligen har avtalat något annat, utan att det kostar dig något extra.
Du måste skicka tillbaka produkten utan fördröjning inom 14 dagar från det att du skickade meddelande om återköp. Om du skickar produkten innan den nämnda perioden på 14 dagar har löpt ut följer du tidsplanen.
Du är endast skyldig att betala för produktens värdeminskning om den har orsakats av behandling utöver den som krävs för att fastställa produktens art, egenskaper och funktionalitet.
**Please note that engraved products cannot be returned. Sales are final.
Not claiming a package is not tantamount to canceling or returning an order. Packages that haven't been claimed and for which no notice of cancelation has been provided are still subject to shipping costs.
If a product has been lost or damaged in transportation, or does not match your order, notify us within 14 days by writing to the address indicated in the Right of cancellation and return policy section or by calling the number indicated in the contact information. If the package has been clearly damaged during transportation, file a complaint immediately to the logistics company whose shipping method you selected.
